I really like the way they do my dress shirt = perfect and never a problem.

There were several areas that showed dark track usage. These were especially tended to. Did a good job.

Missed a few spots on carpet but it was really dirty since I had a leak in the roof and had workmen in and out for 5 mos.

They are very good scheduling and were prompt and timely in showing up. The service, from the scheduling person to the technician who came out, were top-knotch. For the service they provided, the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were accommodating to my schedule and were friendly. They were on-time, did a nice job and we were very satisfied with the work. The prices were reasonable.

He was very courteous, contientious and seemed proud of his service and the eco friendly chemicals they use. They were on-time and he took a lot of extra care with the staircase. He went over it several times to get it cleaned properly. The costs seemed reasonable.

They did fantastic. The house was a rental, which is over two hours away, so all communication was done over the phone and it was very easy! We put the house on the market and we had two offers within 4 days, I accredited that to our clean carpets!

Scheduling was very easy. The gentleman who came out was very personable and did a good job.

We ended up having this company come and clean our carpets twice, and still were not satisfied with the quality of the job. The first time the carpets were cleaned, they looked just ok when they were done. Some areas took over 48 hours to dry. This was supposed to be a "quick drying" procedure. Spots that were not evident prior appeared after the carpets were clean. Once the carpet was dried and vacuumed, it didn't look like our carpets had even been cleaned. ( I will say that the employee that cleaned the carpet worked very hard, and did in fact remove a very difficult stain - but overall, the result was poor.) I called the company to express my dissatisfaction and they were very prompt and cordial in offering to "fix the problem". The "supervisor" of the employee that initially cleaned our carpet was the one who arrived for the second cleaning. He explained that the employee was newly trained and still learning the equipment and procedure. When the supervisor was done cleaning our carpets, the carpets did look much better. However, when the carpets were dry (this time in about 24 hours), there were dark striations in the carpet of one of the bedrooms that had never been there before. It covered an area of approximately 6'x2'. Rather than call Aaron's again, I had a company who uses the dry foam method come and re-clean the carpets. The "striations" were removed, and the carpet actually looked cleaner than the previous 2 cleanings. Could that be because this was the 3rd time in 2 months that the carpet had been cleaned? Maybe so. But, I will stick with the dry foam method of cleaning in the future.

Kevyn cleaned our carpet til it looked like new. Our carpet is alittle over 4 years old and the color of light oatmeal. Not the best with animals and small children, but that is what came with the house. All the mystery spots came out as did the dirt and grime in the high traffic areas. I have had Aaron's come out before and they always do a great job! I definately will have them out to the house again.

Chose Aaron's from discription he wrote for Angies list. Carpet is 26 years old, no worn spots, and have 3 dogs. It has only been cleaned several times in the last 10 years and not very well. He wrote that he had encouraged people to not replace carpet as he could really make it look like new. When I called to inquire about price, Julie was most helpful and pleasant. Did not take long to give me a price which I felt was reasonable so made an appointment. Called the day before and asked it the kitchen tile could also be done. Said it could and gave me a price. The morning of the service I decided to cancel the tile as I thought it more than I wanted to pay. But Aaron himself explained that material used to clean tile was more cost than for carpet, thus a little more per area than carpet. After discussion and my description of area that was smaller than what was perceived by Julie, I felt the price was good so had the whole service done. Only one fellow came to do the work and said it would be about 3 hours, which it was. He worked diligently and was professional. I am very happy with my 'new' carpet and will certainly recommend Aaron's to others and have him again. Thanks Aaron!!

The floors look brand new and I am very pleased. I am very happy with the work and with gentleman that cleaned my floors. He was very nice and courteous . I will be using this company again for my floor cleaning.

Aarons quality cleaning service got me out of a bind after another carpet guy left me with dirty carpets and all my furniture was out of the house. I called Aarons shortly after the carpet guy left and asked if it was at all possible if he could clean my carpets the next day, since I didn't want to move all my furniture back onto dirty carpet! Aaron the owner answered the phone and originally said that they were booked the next day, but could schedule me for some other time. After telling Aaron my story, he stated that they would fit me in so that I wouldn't have to move my furniture twice! I was so happy because in all honesty calling late on a Friday to have this done on a Saturday was just a miracle. His staff is extremely professional, and actually called that day earlier than I had expected which was great. My carpet was actually white after the cleaning, I had thought it was tan!! Every stain was taken care of, a truly great company!

The service & visit went very well. The person who came out to clean the carpets called first then arrived as scheduled. The carpets to be cleaned were really soiled but he did a terrific job. He was very pleasant and the whole visit was around an hour, quite easy for me. We are very pleased with the results and would be happy to recommend Aaron's to anyone.

I have my carpets cleaned once a year and have used several different companies. This is the first company that I have found that I would highly recommend to someone else and that I would use again without hesitation. Price was a little higher that what I have paid in the past, but the carpets are so much cleaner that it is well worth it.

Very good experience. I contacted them by email and they phoned back immediately. They were friendly and accommodating and set an appointment for the following week. The carpet cleaner was professional and worked very hard. The only issue I had was that they did not show up until 3:00 for a 3+ hour job. I hadn't really expected that they would come that late for such a big job. Nonetheless, the overall experience was very good and the carpets, floors and sofas look like new.

Showed up right on time and beautifully rejuvenated all my carpets.

By far this was the best carpet cleaning service I have used. Prompt, thorough, polite, helpful, the list goes on and on. I consider myself a picky person when it comes to cleaning and I must say I was VERY pleasantly surprised by this company. The technician was on time and very professional. Our home is located above Bass Lake and Aaron's was willing to drive the distance to clean our capets. Yes, we paid a very nominal fee for gas which was fine, especially with today's gas prices as our home is a little over an hour away from where the company is based. We selected this company based on the reviews on Angie's List. We had several bad spots on the carpet and the technician was able to get them all out. What a great surprise! We had actually considered putting in new carpet, but Aaron's was able to clean our carpet so well, that we can wait a few more years to have it replaced. We were pleased to find that with the cleaning, the water temperature was high enough that it also sanitized our carpets. Pet stains and odor are gone! We HIGHLY recommend this company if you are considering having your carpets and/or upholstery cleaned. TOTALLY worth every penny! You get what you pay for!

Serviceman arrived on time and cleaned very thoroughly and quickly! We were very pleased with the service and would certainly call Aaron's again. Price and service were excellent value.

The technician was at my home about four hours. He was very conscientious about his work. He managed to get stains out of chairs I thought I might have to have reupholstered. I was very pleased with the job and would hire this company again.

They called me back promptly and performed the service even though it was right around Christmas. Their representative showed up on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. I was very impressed. My carpets are pretty old, so they did not get as clean as I would have liked, but that probably has little to do with them and more to do with my carpet.
