Contacted the number listed and introduced myself. Wanted to ask about the plumbing materials and systems he used. He hung up. I recalled back thinking we had been disconnected. He told me he didn’t want to participate in my “survey” and hung up again. Rude and unprofessional.

He said we needed to replace the pipes. We dug out for him to replace the pipes and we found out that the problem was in the street which is a city problem. The city takes care of that for free. He was charging us for a problem that was unnecessary! We didn't even need new pipes. On top of it all he has a bad attitude and is very expensive.
Description of Work: He cleared out our pipes of roots yearly.

[Member Name Removed] had us out to clear roots from her main sewer. We charged $135 for that service in 2008, not $800. If we were to dig up the pipe, it would cost more than $800 for any plumbing contractor. Not sure what this beef is about. We provide a better service than described above.
