He is a native Californian, and has lived here all his life. He understands the California lifestyle and the way Californians take pride in their homes and businesses. Under the watchful eye of Mr. Signorelli, Westside Construction has remodeled countless homes and commercial buildings. With an eye for detail he takes pride in his workmanship. He considers himself a craftsmen, a term that seems to be lost of late. “At the end of the day, the only thing we have is our good name,” says Mr. Signorelli, a feeling he always conveys to his crew. When your plans are ready, Westside Construction will submit them to the City and pull the necessary building permits, releasing you from the Building Department hassles. And when we do your actual remodeling and construction it will be to the highest level of quality to your satisfaction. Michael Signorelli will oversee your project from start to finish. Description of Work: I have been using Westside for over a dozen years now and have always been happy with the quality of their work. Their most recent work for me was the repair and relining of a sewer drain after a recent collapse in the 50 year old pipe. AS always the work was completed on time, professionally and at a fair price. | |I've used Westside for everything from a simple cleanout to a whole house copper repiping and major renovation and always found them extremely fairly priced and easy to work with. In emergencies they have been there for me. I highly recommend Frank Varela and his crew.

Description of Work: Westside Construction has performed numerous remodeling and rehab & repair projects on multiple properties for us over the last approximately 15 plus years. Including kitchen and bath remodels in excess of 50,000 dollars. Their work has always been repeatedly performed in a professional, neat, on-time manner at the recorded price. Mike came and did 2 large remodel jobs for us. He did a kitchen remodel job and an additional second story to our home. He's a wonderful contractor. He's reliable, clean and very professional. He's as honest as they come! I would highly recommend him!

They were very good. They came out extremely punctually and got me a bid very quickly, but unfortunately I did not go with them.
Description of Work: Westside Construction came out within the last month and gave me an estimate to put in an additional drain in my patio, some repair work on an exterior wall and possibly redo the flooring in the living room.

Westside Construction was excellent from start to finish. I am extremely pleased with their service and the end product. Mike and his team were very professional and hard working, and left our house clean and looking almost unrecognizably better than they found it! Mike is very knowledgeable and experienced, and has great taste. The team coped well with unexpected hurdles along the way (mainly due to the City), and fixed and improved small issues unrelated to the main project without complaint and at very reasonable rates. The deck itself looks outstanding, is very well constructed, and will be enjoyed for years to come. The price for the job was very reasonable, and the materials used and the workmanship were of the highest quality. I would not hesitate to hire Westside Construction again, or to recommend them for any construction job.
Description of Work: Demolish addition, build raised redwood deck (apx. 10 ft x 26 ft) and install French doors, paint house exterior, fix minor associated issues
