+ -1 moreTHEY WERE LATE A FULL 17 MINUTES. THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF OUR CALLS UNTIL THE FIFTH CALL. THEY WERE IMPOLITE AND NOT VERY PLEASING. THE PRICE WAS NOT REASONABLE COMPARED TO THEIR WORK.
Description of Work: THEY SHAMPOOED BOTH UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS CARPETS. PUT RE-FRESHENER ON IT TOO.
