The men came on time and completed the job as described in the contract. The entire treatment took about four and a half hours as estimated. They did a good job in cleaning up afterwards. We were very satisfied with the work done.

I also called them the second time and they were very prompt about the second visit and took care of the issue.

It certainly worked, but I was not able to use the green product they offer. They came and inspected the house and said due to the nature of my specific situation (my daughter were getting bit by some kind of bug, but we never saw anything on us or around the house) that we were probably dealing with some kind of mite and their green product would not work on them. We used a much stronger product and we found a lot of dead bugs around the exterior of the house for about 2 weeks. We saw a few of them inside too, but not many. It's now been several months and we have had no bites, spiders or other bugs. I would have preferred to use the more natural product, but I can't complain because it worked. The staff were very nice and helpfull.

When they did the inspection that day the man broke the cover to my heating and A/C system. I didn't discover it on that date it wasn't until 12/10/14 that I discovered what he broke. The tech was supposed to be here to do the inspection anywhere from 2-4 that day, but he arrived at 12 with out any notice that he was coming early. I know what a normal routine looks like and sounds like. The inspection is usually quiet and the technician is normally in the attic a short time. I have been using this company twice a year for many years. When he was up in the attic I was in my den which is located right below my attic. He was in my attic for an unusual amount of time and I could hear him banging around. I heard a lot of banging. After he left the fan on the A/C unit started malfunctioning. It would a make this clanking sound when the fan would shut off. My fan has 3 settings, On, Automatic, and Circulate. I have always used the circulation setting because the air is more forceful. I called my A/C company to come out and check out the noise and that is when they discovered the cover door open and it was broken and they replacement cost is $350. I reported the problem to the company and the man I spoke to, Dennis M, said the employee that came out was sick and out of the office and wouldn't be back until January and he didn't want to bother him while he was sick. He said the guy was sick when he came to my house and was probably in pain. He said he would talk to the guy and call me back in January. I called them back in January because they never called me. It was so difficult getting a response from them. I called 6 times and have only spoke to them 2 times. When I spoke to them they said the guy was back and denies damaging my system. He said that he believes me but he also believes his technician and that he would not take responsibility for or pay for the damages. When I called in and told the receptionist that I needed to talk to someone reguarding my complaint the receptionist emphatically said to me without me telling her what I was calling about "that no one saw him do it and that the technician doesn't carry a hammer with him." The only people that go into my attic is my A/C company and Ecola. Ecola wrote me a letter that states that they were sorry that my unit was damaged but that maybe it was damaged when I received it. I have had the unit for 2 years and have not had any problems with it until the tech from Ecola went in my attic. Every letter they send talks about how honest the technician is. The unit is damage and I don't know why he did it but he did. No one else has been by the unit. I've used this company for years I wouldn't lie against them. I don't know why they won't or the technician won't tell me the truth. I've paid them $250 a year for years now.

We have a contract with them every year. We pay to get the whole house done. I've been using them for 5-6 years. They find anything that starts coming in the termites; they take care of it. They're really, really good and very professional. They come on time when they said they're going to be here and they check on everything.

They charge me $250 a year. They inspect every year. I have a very large house. They treat what needs to be treated. They do a very good. They are very thorough.

The provider showed up on time and worked for five hours treating all areas of my home for termite infestation. The worker was polite, considerate, patient and helpful.

I use them regularly. I have an annual contract with them. I like them because they emphasize non-toxic treatment.

Our experience with Ecola was amazing on every level. The inspector, Dave, was SO friendly, professional and knowledgeable - he was a pleasure to have in our home. I never thought that dealing with a termite company would be a pleasant experience, but dealing with Ecola was a great experience from beginning to completion of the work. The crew that came to do the treatments were also wonderfully professional and respectful of us and our home. All representatives of Ecola were enthusiastic about working for Ecola and it was obvious they were fond of the owner - which made me feel good knowing that this company seems to treat their employees right as well as us, the customers. We wanted to use treatments that were not toxic to us or our pets, and we were really happy with the range options we had to choose from. We would recommend Ecola with total confidence!

I have been using them for the last two or three months. They will do inside and outside treatments, but I am more particular about what happens on the inside of my home with kids so they were pretty flexible in working with me and listening to what I wanted. They also explained what they could do. I had them put on some eco-friendly stuff the first time they were here. Then, in addition to the ant problem they used some gel on the inside of the house. They also got more aggressive by spraying on the outside of the house. They took a lot of time listening to my concerns and helping me figure out my specific plan of attach for pest issues. They were very professional and did not try to rush through treatments. It was a positive experience. I have had them come out in between quarterly treatments for the ant problem. They send me an email reminding me that it is time for the quarterly treatment.

All of the technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, they took pride in their work. Just an awesome experience from beginning to end.

Everything about the service was excellent. We signed up for the quarterly visits. We had been having terrible ant problems unlike any I've experienced before. After weeks of trying to take care of it ourselves, we had EcoLA come & we haven't had any ant problems since.

My window of time was between 10AM and 2PM. At 2:15 I called Ecola, they contacted the technician and he showed up about 1/2 hour later. No call ahead of time that he was going to be delayed. The product used was incredibly pungent. The technician said the odor would dissipate after 15 minutes. I left the house for several hours with my dog, but upon return the house was still overwhelming. I opened windows and ran fans, but the odor lingered until the next day -- strong enough to turn one's stomach. And now, after I had pre-paid Angie's List $150, I just received an invoice for $120. I let them know it was prepaid and they said the money should be forthcoming from you. Hopefully so!

They were timely in their response in setting up the initial inspection. The initial inspection was performed by James, who was very through and professional. He identified several spots of termite activity, and discussed treatment options. Treatment, which was decided to be electrogun and spot chemical treatment. was set for the day following the inspection. Javier arrived on time, and did an outstanding job! He kept with the work all day long, and got into all the hard to reach places.

I had them first come out on May 6th. They said if I saw any activitity within a month I could have them come out and respray. Within a week and a half on May 22nd I had them back because we were still getting them in the house. Well not even a week later I had them back out June 2nd to spray again. It is now June 25th and we are still finding these water bugs in the house. I am very disappointed with the results of this company.

They were helpful, answered any questions I had, and referred me to certain things I was concerned about. They were really nice, the tech was very knowledgeable as well.

our house is 45 years old. We had signs of termites. ecola came out and seemed to do good inspection and treated the attic and eves. We stayed in the house when they did it. It seemed to be a good treatment. Only time will tell

I've been with them for probably 15 years. What they do works, it's not invasive, and they are very good. If I have a problem and have seen termites, they just come right out, fix it, and no problem. The price was reasonable.

Our initial inspection was done by Nick who was thorough and answered all of the many questions that I had. We were pleased with his professionalism. The actual treatment was performed by Andrew on the very next day. He was on time for the scheduled appointment and very pleasant to deal with. I watched as he used the Electrogun and found him to be very thorough and took his time to make sure that all the infected areas were treated. He too, was very polite and professional in answering my questions. I was very pleased dealing with Ecola and would highly recommend them.

The initial inspector was very professional and gave us an accurate inspection and game plan to eliminate existing termites. We asked for this inspection as a second opinion and decided to use Ecola. The workers applying the treatments were also professional and informative. The work sites were left in good condition. We will be replacing the door and frame in the treated area. We were assured that if we found more termites at that time Ecola would return for additional treatment as part of the guarantee.

They were extremely nice and did a great job. They were thorough and accommodating. They used an Eco-Friendly treatment and I did not have to evacuate the premises, which I appreciated.

So far all signs of termites are gone. Unfortunately, the heat treatment burned out three outlets. We reported the problem immediately, but the initial response was that we must have old outlets. My husband got in touch with Daniel Soto, a service rep for the company. A week passed before a technician came out to repair the outlets. Apparently he was just a handy man and had no idea how to make the repairs. Now we are waiting for someone else to come out and make the repairs.

They showed up for the appointment on time and took them 3 hours to treat the whole house for termites. They were all very professional but not very thorough. I noticed that they did not treat my storage room and found traces of dry wood termites, so we had to call them back to treat that location. After I came back from work I was checking how well they did their work and noticed they missed another area of possible dry wood termite infestation so I am going to have to call them back again, which is very annoying. The pest control technician was also on time and was very professional but he left a lot of spider webs and a couple of dead black widows in the garage and a few spider webs by the swimming pool equipment, we tried to have them come back to get rid of all those spider webs and dead black widows but they said it is not covered by the warranty, and I know there are other companies out there that get rid of all the visible spider webs and dead spiders, so I was not very pleased about their quality of work overall. One thing I really liked was that they have non toxic ways of getting rid of the termites and pests, so that's a good option to use. Once my 2 year warranty for the termites end and once my 1 year plan finishes for the pest control I might go with another company depending on the end results. I recommend this company if you want to treat your home with non toxic chemicals but if that is not a concern then maybe you should try a different company that might be more thorough on the work they perform.

The technitions we professional, quick and clean. One small area was missed and when called a technition was sent immediately and area treated withen 2 days. I will definately use Ecola again if necessary.

They were actually doing well but what happened was that one of their pest control guys came, I have a very friendly dog and I was out of town, my wife and the pest control guy walked into the backdoor. The door jumps up on the guy in a very friendly manner and wants to play. She was wagging her tail and all of this stuff. The guy pushed his hand into her mouth and he wasn’t hurt, he wasn’t scratched, he wasn’t bit, there was no blood and there wasn’t a mark on his skin. Two weeks later, we got a lawsuit from this guy suing us for a dog attack and I called the company and they told me that they didn’t know anything about it. As it turned out, the guy was working with a scam lawyer and I had to have my insurance guys to go after this guy and counter sue. It was just a mess. The company didn’t little or nothing to fix this situation. They started out doing a good job on the pest control but this employee was obviously a scammer and this was a setup and I got barely little support from the company sorting this out. The price was a good price. They showed up on time.
