Description of Work: Did not show for appointment made online. Called 2 weeks later to schedule. When they arrived it was a high pressure scare tactic salesman. Very unproffesional. Felt like I was at a used car lot!

Description of Work: They arrived on the time specified, they were very proffesional and explained in detail and clearly everything that they were going to do. They useed direct heat for both my attics, sprayed borate in the attics and underneath house.They spot treated outside trim and patched damaged areas.

Description of Work: Kevin, the inspector was very professional and helpful when I asked questions. The team that came to do the work were equally professional, clean, polite, and helpful. I felt the price was worth the time and effort that they spent on my home. I like the fact that they will re-check things annually over the next couple years. The office staff was pleasant but somewhat disorganized. Still all in all a good experience for a service that did not disrupt my home office and wasn't toxic to me and my family.

Description of Work: Ecola's inspector, Kevin, inspected my whole house and utility sheds for termites. He gave me a chart of all areas that needed treatment. Charged $1,000 (because I was a return customer from 10 years ago) for the full inspection which included an appointment to come out to treat the bad areas and they will come out anytime I see evidence of termites with no charge, for two years. After two years I have the option to purchase an annual inspection and treament for $250/yr. it's a good deal and everyone I dealt with was very good and professional.
