Everything went fine, but they were a little pricey.

Great. Fast, clean, courteous. Actually arrived just 5 minutes after dispatcher told me they would be there in 30-45 minutes, due to a previous cancellation. It was a fairly easy job, and they handled it quickly. Apparently a family-run business, according to the tech who showed up. Two men came, neat and clean, and easy to understand. Although the job was not cheap considering what was actually done, I went into it knowing that I would be paying more than I feel the job warranted. But since they charge by the job, not hourly, if they ran into any problems I would not be paying more. Their price was equal to others quoted. Not terribly impressed that although they accept credit cards, transactions are handled manually back at the office, meaning the tech wrote down the info to be submitted to the office. A check may be a safer option.

The two individuals that executed the work were professional, accommodating with pleasant personalities. Always on time.

Easy fix but needed extra time since double rings used.

He did an awesome job, and we hope to use him for any future work.

Moe, was great very helpful and fixed my issues quickly.

Still drips. I called several times to schedule. We were going out of town. I had my husband assist the plumber as we had no time and I was concerned that water would be wasted. Plumber left saying it was fixed but it was not. Still an issue and now I need to get someone else. Water still being wasted. We paid another $200 for the service and some part, but the problem remains.

Plumber was excellent. Professional. On time. Happy to recommend.

I purchased the toilet package. No one contacted me. I finally called Angies List and got the phone number of the contractor. After calling several times and leaving unreturned messages I finally made contact. Although I was able to purchase - the contractor said he would not service my area. Very frustrating as I had wasted a lot of time.

They were great! They came out right away. And came out again right away the next day when I called them to check the work to make sure everything was going well.

They werent responsive, they kept putting the job off. They doesnt want to come all the way to my house for $39 job.

Moe came out to inspect the toilet because it was leaking. He advised me that the valve needed to be replace and that it would cost $110 on top of what I already paid even though I already had purchased the new valve. I asked him what the inspection actually included and he said it only included checking the flapper valve. He did not do any work on the toilet at all and I do not feel that I was given all the services promised in the deal. I understand that there would be extra charges for things that needed to be replaced but I did not expect to pay $39.00 and not receive the services promised on the deal.

Moe was fantastic. I called him about 3:00 am due to a leak after an earthquake. He assessed the damage, turned off our water, gave us a quote and said he would be back the next day to complete the work. He showed up, did the job and was finished before I got home from work. He called with updates throughout the day regarding progress which gave me peace of mind. I will definitely use his service again!

They did a fantastic job, and didn't try and sell me unwanted service. Friendly people and left the work area clean. I will call again if I need a plumber, and I will need them. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The owner was very professional, conscientious, respectful, and polite. He explained everything he was doing and why and made every effort to help me understand. I would definitely use his services again. My only concern is that I am not sure about the quality of the materials he used or how long they will last. I am not a plumber so I really can't say if they were or were not of good quality. When I flush the toilet, the mechanism feels fragile to me.

Everything went great. They showed up on time, fixed the problem and was out of here in no time.

Moe was great. He arrived on time and did the preliminary inspection. I knew I needed a new toilet in one of my bathrooms so we discussed price, etc. and scheduled his return visit. I had to reschedule the second appointment because of an emergency and he was very understanding. When we finally were able to do the work, Moe and the other worker were on time and did a great job. The new toilet is great. I would use All Valley Plumbing again.

It took them 11 days to respond with an email telling me I am out of their usual area but send me my address and they would try to map it out or some such thing. Not interested now

We had an appointment Monday morning between 9 and 10 am. No one showed so I finally called at 11:45 am and they said someone should have notified me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. Mo called and said he could come at 4:30 pm. He showed up on time for the 4:30 appointment.
