+ -1 moreIt went very well. This is a family run business and they take pride in their work and an interest in their customers. I recommend them highly.
Description of Work: This is my second review of them. I have used them for years, and will have nobody else clean my carpets. They do six or seven steps and pull up dog hair from deep inside and get rid of it. All spots are gone.

+ -1 moreI have used this company twice now, because they are truly wonderful. The sales reps, who answer the telephone, are friendly and professional. Their prices are comparable with other ChemDry companies. The first time I was given a first-time customer discount and the second time they gave me the five room coupon price. What really sold me on them, though, was the fact that Justin noticed that I had a cast on my wrist and asked me about it. No young man nowadays shows any interest in a 61-year-old lady! It is a family-run business, and they are very pleasant, attentive, and meticulous. I refuse to have anybody else clean my carpets.
Description of Work: Mike and his son Justin are EXCELLENT! They moved furniture, presprayed all my carpeting, used a carbonated solution, followed it with a floor buffer/carpet brush, buffed it with a pad, and then vacuumed it. All this took only one hour because they hustled the whole time.
