Everything went well. Came when promised and was very careful and precise in his work. Smoothing the floor took an incredible amount of time. Linoleum looks great and cove base fit well.
Description of Work: Came out and measured for an estimate to install top quality linoleum in 5 rooms of my house. Came back to complete the installation which included a great deal of prep work on an old concrete slab floor. Did a considerable amount of patching, got all floors super smooth using surfacing material, installed linoleum and cove base. Two thousand dollars was for labor only as the material was already purchased.
