 + -1 moreThey were extremely helpful, and came right out when I arrived. The man was able to extract the key in about 1 minute, and then was able to make a new key from the broken one. That took about 5 minutes, but the key worked! I was very happy with my experience.
Description of Work: When I arrived at work one morning, when I turned off the ignition in my car, the key broke off in the ignition slot. I immediately tried to restart the car, and I could, but part of the key was still stuck in the ignition. I went to Silicon Valley Lock Masters, and they came out to my car, and with a special tool were able to remove the rest of the key, and then made me a new key.
