We chose Sami and Sons over 3 other contractors we interviewed with to remodel our bathroom, and we couldn't be happier. After meeting with Abel and Sami himself we discussed a very reasonable cost estimate for the work that needed to be done. Abel even took us out shopping to several tile and home improvement stores to fan our imaginations of what could be possible for our new bathroom. Throughout the entire process the staff from their front office to their onsite project manager Paul were always very responsive and helpful. This was our first major remodel and laborers were very knowledgeable about creating the bathroom we wanted to achieve while keeping up to date with building codes and city permits. Mario and Erick always asked us questions on how we wanted details in the bathroom to turn out. Always gave us suggestions when we were clueless, and always advised us properly when choosing fixtures and other materials for the build. It was very helpful and reassuring that the managers used the BuilderTrend scheduling app so we knew what tasks were to be completed and on what days so my wife and I could plan things ahead of time. There was a miscommunication about the work at one point, but once we were able to talk to the project manager and other managers on the job they were able to resolve the issue very quickly and to our satisfaction. Scheduling work per day could've been more efficient, but overall we loved the results and our bathroom turned out exactly the way we envisioned and we've been loving it ever since it's completion. Thanks again Sami and Sons for making our dream come true.

I take reviews seriously as this is the way I found this company. I have pictures and texts to back up all points made. Since space is limited, here is an overview: -Very nice and communicative while setting up a contract, the owner even went shopping with us. -Job went over contracted time (7 months) by 3 months. -Four different project managers with no communication around switching. -Subcontractor caused a fire in the garage due to shotty work. Luckily, the project manager helped put it out, but we ended up paying for all fire damage repairs. -Terrible communication around the foundation- went thousands over budget and S&S left job sitting for over 6 weeks -Countertops, the texture had to be redone due to shotty work. - The owner yelled at us (twice) causing us to ask him to leave our home due to feeling unsafe. - Some workers were very kind, great with our dogs, other times found alcohol bottles outside. -No portapotty set up for 7 out of 9 months of job -After way over contracted time, only sent one worker to the job for months-further delaying. -Contracted plumber installed plumbing based on old plans as no project manager supervised him. Needed to be re-done. -Lied and said they ordered a toilet seat cover (which they broke) in February. Did not receive it until the last day of the job in Mid September once they asked for the model number. -Left house unlocked on multiple occasions. - Overall, was very optimistic about this company and was thoroughly disappointed. Felt treated differently as women.

Going through a remodel can be very stressful but with Sami And Sons Remodeling was very good to work with. We wanted to install in tiles in my bathroom and also wanted to paint the walls. Sami And Sons Remodeling were very transparent. They are very concious about quality work and obtaining permits, inspections in every step of the way. The work crew was very good. Sami And Sons Remodeling's crew were polite, worked hard and even made sure my cat and dogs didn't escape during the remodel process. That was very important to me.

I had Sami and his team completely remodel three bathrooms. When Sami came by to look he made me feel comfortable right away and by the end of his visit I signed him up to do the work for my wife and I. He made several thoughtful suggestions about the remodel and it ended up much better than we originally expected. He took our vision for the finished product and turned it into reality. Sami's crew did a wonderful job and were very accommodating when we asking for small changes and adjustments. Sami made sure that every part of the remodel exceeded our expectations. It also seems Sami and his crew knows city codes better than the city does in some cases. Our new bathrooms and simply beautiful. Let me put it this way; we took a vacation this summer and stayed at many premium hotels, and we have yet to see ANY bathroom better than the ones we now have at home. We have been officially spoiled by Sami and taking a shower is like a vacation every day. Sami really is what he claims. He treated us like his family and we had special circumstances that he accommodated. I highly recommend Sami and Shon to take on any of your remodeling needs. No need to look any further.
