+ -1 moreThis maintenance was done after a very safisfactory clean-up of an overgrown area of the back yard. They will be continuing the maintenance as necessary on a weekly basis. They will help us to locate someone to trim the orange tree and very tall shrubs as they do not offer this service.
Description of Work: .....cut the grass in front and back yard - trim the hedges - good clean-up of patio and driveway after completion.

+ -1 moreWe needed lawn service clean up in our backyard/patio area. It was for a one time only service. I called for an estimate the day before and a friendly female voice set up a time for Luis to come out. It so happened that he was available the next day. Luis arrived about 15 min later than the appt was made but it was no big deal to me since I was off all day. He looked at the work to be done : minor rose bush pruning, weed extraction, weed spraying, and light tree trimming. He first quoted $175 and I have to admit I was really shocked at that rate. I had spoken to a few other services prior and they quoted $90-$120. I told Luis this and he said that he could work with $100. Once we mutually agreed on pricing, he and his 3 man crew got started. They did a decent job. Took about 30 minutes.
Description of Work: Minor tree trimming, rose bush pruning, leaf blowing, and weed removal for a back patio are of about 10x20 sq ft.
