Representative showed on on time, took great care to ensure that his equipment would not cause damage to wood floors or carpet. Representative even wore booties inside the house. Did a thorough job with cleaning the ducts, recommended a furnace filter and where to buy it.
Description of Work: Cleaned air ducts and furnaces.

dryer vent cleaning
+ -1 moreExcellent response and service. I called on a Sunday and my call was returned almost immediately. Service was performed on Monday and the appointment was prompt and professional. Will use this service again.
Description of Work: Cleaned a blocked dryer vent using a blower and auger brush. Removed water that had pooled in the vent and cleaned up afterward.

dryer vent cleaning
+ -1 moreUnfortunately, I forget the name of the person who came to perform the service, but I believe he was the owner. Even before he started the job, he'd given me a description of what he was going to do, and what he'd be looking for. The price was also settled upfront. He said he expected to find a blockage, and sure enough, he found it. The vent is clear now, and the dryer is working well!
Description of Work: Cleaned the dryer exhaust vent. Our dryer hadn't been doing a good job of drying our clothes. It was taking too long. It had also begun to "leak" water from the exhaust vent. As it turned out, there was a big wad of lint that was blocking the vent. The person performing the work used a blower on one end of the vent, and stuck in a long "scope" from the other end to get all the debris loose. He climbed up a ladder on the side of the house where the exhaust was to perform part of the work.
