Very professional and responsive. Carlos Gonzalez was the Customer Care Manager and he is tireless to get the ultimate customer satisfaction. Although there was a loud noise issue after the installation, Carlos and the technicians worked diligently to resolve the issue, and the problem was solved with the sound insulation board and the return air duct installation in a timely manner. The overall cost is still competitive, and Comfort Energy is highly recommended.

The repair was on schedule, informative, and successful. Highly recommended.

The technician was on time and before arriving the office sent a picture along with his name. He was very courteous and professional. He determined that our system was working and that it is the way the vents are set up that is causing the problem. He suggested ways to improve the heat dispersal and later provided us with an estimate, as we requested. The noise was caused because something was loose so tightened some bolts and the sound stopped. Great customer service.

Love our new HVAC system! Every interaction I had with the company demonstrated top notch customer service. The gentleman who gave me the estimate, the crew who was here for 2 days installing the equipment, the phone agents—all of them were incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Overall, we felt like the price we paid was a great value. Highly recommend.

Great communication on when they will arrive. On-time within the appointment window. It was a simple issue, but he took his time to do a good inspection of the furnace.
