They were able to visit my house three days after my request for routine maintenance. Confirmed appointment the day before and technician reconfirmed about one hour before his arrival. Final cost was the same as quote.

Provided specific quotes and gave recommendations about replacing my original duct work that I decided to also replace. Where efficient and work was completed timely and they where neat and clean. Also informed of us before something was moved to access an area in the garage or outside.

I discovered a problem with my upstairs air conditioning unit after business hours on a Friday night. At that time I completed and submitted a request for service on Home Advisor on line. Comfort a Energy contacted me via telephone early the following Saturday morning. We scheduled an appointment for them to come out and diagnose my issue. Their repairman showed up promptly and diagnosed the issue and provided a cost for repair. I had them repair my air conditioner and I’m happy with the result.

Comfort Energy contacted me the same day I requested a quote. 3 other companies never responded to my request. The technician was very competent and thorough. He fixed the problem at a much lower cost than I expected. I would definitely recommend this company.
