Plumber was great and explained everything that need to be done to fix the toilet.

It took them forever to install my tank less hot water system--11 hrs the first day, and several hrs off and on over the rest of the week!!

Comfort Energy was well organized and kept us informed about the work. The contract was complete and was explained to us in detail. Overall the experience was good.

The service representative at my home was thorough & patiently responded to my questions as well as clearly explaining what was necessary to maintain hvac system which he repaired. Further, he gave me complete information about options for replacement and upgrade in the future. The AC system is working quite well as our area went into almost an immediate hot spell right after the repair work was done. My system is 12 years old and I will give this company serious consideration when replacement becomes necessary.

On time. They sent an email and text before arriving with a picture of the technician.

Good customer service on the phone and with the person that services my AC. They were super busy when I called and the day of the work BUT they did answer and come to my house within 2 days of my calling during a heatwave. I couldn't get anyone else to answer or call back during that time.

The technician Nassar Pinesa was very courteous and professional , show up on time and knows the stuffs. Very happy with the service.

This is a great company. The contact person called me several times to confirm and to make sure everything was scheduled correctly. The service guy was on time and very nice. He knew his stuff. Worked hard to solve the issue and cleaned up after. I will definitely use them again. Cost was very reasonable.

The morning of appointment day I got a phone call from company that there is a cancellation between 10-11 AM I accepted but the service mad did not show until 10.45 I called and canceled the appointment, rescheduled for same day 3-5 PM the service man called around 4.00 PM and showed 15 min. later did a relatively good job and finished on time.

A bit steep to charge $89 for just a basic diagnostic. We had no issues with the AC since it was brand new. The issue was with the return duct being dirty. The quote to replace the duct was also on the expensive side. The technician was courteous, professional. I cannot comment on the quality of work since nothing was done this time around.

The company responded to my request to come sooner than they originally thought they could. The woman who answers the phone actually went out of her way to make a call and see if the could squeeze me in, which they did. They were here next day and zeroed in on the source of the problem right away. They had a replacement for the failed furnace part in the truck. I am very pleased.

I would highly recommend Comfort Energy. My furnace was 16 years old and had never been serviced. The technician explained all the repairs and showed me the parts that needed to be replaced so that I could see and understand the problems. Gave me many options and explained everything. I really appreciated that.
