Way too expensive. Never answered followup texts about a part he found that was broken. He wanted me to pay an additional $350 for a second faucet install to tell me what part was broken on the faucet he worked on originally. Scam artists. I ended up getting the faucet install done by Amazon for $130 and that plumber found the part I needed for free.

Edie from Confort Energy did an outstanding job by going over what onsthe was doing &properly communicating. The CO is expensive they took care of the job.

Typical plumber experience. Buy the part before they come out.

After replacing the bad pipe segment and testing it, it became dislodged soon after he left. He did come back promptly and fixed it. so far, it is holding up.

Technician showed up on time, diagnosed my problem and said he would send me a quote for the job. Never heard back from the company. Too bad as I also asked that the company contact me for a quote for a whole new system as well. Maybe I just fell through the cracks.

I really appreciated the level of communication from this company. I recieved emails and texts detailing who would arrive and when. The professionals who came were very kind and informative. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Dylan forgot to wipe the stinky sewage from the plastic drain pipes that he handled with his rubber gloves. Otherwise all was good.

George is a very thoughtful and pleasant guy with great service. He came at the night to check my ac problem when I called in the afternoon, and brought the portion which needed to be replaced in the early morning the next day. Wonderful costumer service. I will definitively to call this company again next time.

the only problem was that on the phone they sounded like they would be right there. The service man was an hour way. Once he got here, he found the problem, fixed it and was on his way. I have air conditioning!

Fred from Comfort Energy was extremely prompt. The company got back to me VERY quickly to do a quote( a very reasonable one by the way), and the follow-up to start the job was excellent. The professional attitude, customer service, and reasonable price for the work was all WELL ABOVE my expectations. I definitely recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again for other plumbing projects. I should see what other services they offer, right?

Technician Jeff, very accommodating, unfortunately he assisted in ordering the part required to fix the osmosis system but it was the wrong part when received.
