Max, was the technician who came out to work on my furnace. He got it working again very quickly. Unfortunately, it stopped working the next day. Customer service couldn't have been better. Max was back out the next day without a new service charge. The circuit board had given up the struggle. This was late afternoon on a Thursday. My house was in escrow and the inspector was coming on Sunday. Max managed to locate a new circuit board and get it installed by Friday afternoon! I love this guy and by extension this company. Highly recommend !

This company did a wonderful job - the customer service manager Javier was very knowledgeable, the scheduler, Pat, made it very easy and they are very accomedateing, the techs, Brian and Jo could not have been nicer and efficient, prompt, let me know almost every move. Highly recommend!

Description of Work performed: Removed and replaced indoor blower motor and blower wheel. Cleaned housing. Verified blower operation, and verified heating operations. (Unit works under normal parameters. Checked temp rise, and measures correct.) Project was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. Very satisfied with a job well done.

The proposal process was good and installation was scheduled within a few weeks. New HVAC system up and running.
