Another company recommended replacing the 16-yr.old furnace. The technician seemed great and showed me 3 issues that indicated wear and tear. Then the salesman came and was hard-selling it. Ralph with Comfort Energy showed up and replaced the capacitor in no time, $160. He answered my questions and I didn't have to spend $4000+. The phone staff were great with scheduling and notifications. I'm very happy!

They replaced our failed furnace with the same model, efficiently and at a very affordable price. The installer Bob did and outstanding job, and the QC checker Mizael did a thorough follow-up check of the installation and checked each of the furnace vents for adequate heat. The new furnace very quickly heats our home and is the right size for our home square footage. The Comfort Energy company not only gave us the best price, but is also furnishing two complimentary follow-up maintenance checks. This company deserves a 5 star rating.

These people were real pros. My heating boiler failed - it was only 48 years old!!! They installed a completely new system and lent my tenants heaters while the boiler was on order. They were very good at getting back to me and excellent at explaining the work they would be doing.

Our furnace would not start. The owner was very friendly and took his time explaining the problem and how to check it if the problem happens again.

The office called very quickly and helped set up an appointment. The appointment was very convenient. A text came that told me they were arriving. I was so impressed with Max and the service he offered. He was prompt, thorough and competent. I highly recommend Comfort Energy.

The tech guy put on booties before he entered the house so he would not track in dirt or leave footprints of any kind! Nice touch! He was knowledgeable and friendly too! Pleasure dealing with.

The contractor arrives on time, courteous and patient in explaining the repair. Get the job done in 45 min., and the charge is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I struggled with this review. While we were very happy with the installation work, we ran into great difficulty in dealing with the front office as far as scheduling and getting accurate estimates for when the work would be completed. For instance, the gentleman who gave us the estimate said the project would take 1.5 days to complete. When the installers came out to look at the house, they had to reschedule because they didn't have all of the necessary parts, and they told me it would take 5 days to complete. When the office called to reschedule the work, they told me it would take 3 days to complete. It ended up taking the full 5 days. Also, even though the work was completed in February, it took multiple phone calls on our part to get them to complete the job by having the city inspector come out. So, while the work itself was well-done, the office team wasn't responsive and required a lot of prodding from us.
