Clark Pest Control

They come out on a regular basis. They send us a reminder when they will come out and after they come and spray we get a bill. They do what they are supposed to do. We originally started using them about 5 years ago because we had roof rats and they got rid of them.

I have been using their service for several years. I had enough difficulties with them over a few years for the services I have; but I now have a direct relationship with our area manager and because of that, the service that I get is really good. It used to not be, but I voiced my concerned and asked for some help with that from Clark. I was put in contact with their management and discussed some of the issues I had with the billing as well as their services. It has been resolved now and one of the things I do like about them at this point. I can't say that it is a standard behavior, but I did have to push to get it; but now, I am always given a call from the agent who is going to come before he comes by to let me know that. There are a couple of reasons for that I have two companion animals that go outside and on the days when they spray or put down the chemical, I do not want to let my pets outside that day. It's very important for me to know that ahead of time that they are going to be here, so I know I have the time. The agent will call on my cell phone to let me know when he will be out and if there is anything I need I can tell him. Seasonally, I have gopher problems and it took a while for them to be reactive to that. Any first sign of gophers, they don't come out immediately, but in between regular monthly services and handle those. All I have to do is call them. Initially, when the service was not this good, once I pressed as a consumer who was willing to press, I now get what I considered to be a very good service. I pay $93 for every two months. They are not perfect. The price could be a little bit competitive. They are very responsive. They are not always on time.

We are happy with them. I like their customer service. They call to let us know when they are coming. They ask if there is anything they need to do such as harvest services. They always ask how things are, so they are keeping track. We had found a rat and they came to load a trap and unload it. We have two small dogs that are outside, so they put it in a place where the rats can get at it but the dogs can't. I think that they are very professional and we are happy.

Control Systems Mountainview Heating & Cooling. They installed a new HV/AC in my home 2010, then returned next year 2011 for maintenance, charging $120. They did a great job, and I would definitely use them in the future. This is the wrong SP for the report of Clark Pest Control.

They do pest control for us and also do our termite inspections.

I think their prices are probably reasonable. They helped us with the problem. We were pleased with them.

I have had a great experience with them.

The guy was fine. He was professional. I think it was a lot more expensive than it should have been. I would grade him a ‘B’ for my overall experience just because it was expensive. His responsiveness was good. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

They come out regularly and service us. They come every month. They are good and I like them. If they are going to be late then they call and my normal service guy had a flat tire so he called and let me know he would be late. He asked me if I wanted to reschedule the appointment because he had to come into the garage and fix some traps he set out for us. We had some mice for a while and that’s all being cleared up. They came out every other day until we could get that under control. They cleaned the garage out. I don’t have any problems with them. I used another company earlier but it’s been a few years and I think their price is comparable. I think they make a lot more than my other company. I don’t know if that’s how I have it set up over here. I know they service a few other houses in my area. I have a monthly contract with them. James is the guy who comes out to my house and I think he services this area.

They were good as we had them only once.

Clark took over the operation told us they would continue the service exactly as it was for the first year. The service began to crumble pretty quickly. The final straw is that we were told that they would come on their own scheduel and the price would go up.We did not stick around for detail but terminated their service immediately

They did a fine job. The guy was very professional. I don't have any complaints. They did great work.

I was satisfied with their service. They did not start when they said they were going to, but it was done in time for what I needed. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I have a great deal of confidence in them. They have done a good job. They are very punctual and they take care of the problems. So far we haven't had any termites. I don't know technically how good of a job they do but they are clean and responsive. I don’t even have to call them; they just come the first week of each quarter. They are very professional and particularly the 2 or 3 people that we have dealt with. We are on contract with them.

We had a horrible ant problem but we haven’t seen one since the first time they came out. They are very professional, they are punctual, and you wouldn’t know that he is there if he didn’t ring the doorbell. They are very good.

Very courteous. Always arrive on time. They give me very thoughtful answers, instead of asking for money or my business right away. I would highly highly reccomend them. Give you multiple options on the service.

Technician was punctual and professional. Conducted inspection and then treated the outside of the house.

They are in and out. They are good. They are a little pricey but they were very responsible. They took care of the problem. I would use their services again in the future.

They are very responsive for their regular work. I have used them for years. They are very prompt and they know their job very well. The gentleman who came to do the inspection was very professional and was very good in explaining what they do and how they do it. The job they did was not cheap, but the cost for the job they do is very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

I used them for a long time and when I needed them they were not here. I couldn't believe that I was there customer for such a long time because of the way they handled things and I felt that they were rude at that point. We had done some compliance to replace some wood and do some stuff that they had recommended and when we did have a problem they were not there. So as soon as my contract ended with them I got off. I wouldn't use them again. The price was really high and for being a long term customer and paying that kind of price I got upset with them. I felt they ignored me despite being a customer for so many years. They came out on a regular schedule. They would check with me for problems but they would never ask anything and it depended on the guy who I spoke to. Most of them never used to brush the webs down though they said they do but most of them never took the time to do it. I also had to go with them where ever they went. They were the same as the other pest control as far as pest control was concerned but if you have a problem don't turn to them. If it was not for the termites returning and just for the spraying they were okay. I thought their cost was getting a little high for not offering any more than they did. I think their price was a little high though I am not sure about other companies. I would not use them again in the future. If I had not had the termites I would have stayed with them but I didn't like the way they treated a long term customer.

They have been really good and responsive to any of our needs. We pay a yearly subscription. They are reliable and responsible. They seem to get the job done. They have been very responsive when it is anything out of the ordinary.

I was very pleased with their service. They came when I needed them to. They took care of the problem. They gave me very straightforward quotes and information. Their price was fair and reasonable. I would use them again in the future.

I spent $125 initially and $90 every two months. They solved my problem. I like them because they will come out immediately if I have a problem. I will use them again in the future.

It is a local company and they also do termite inspections. We had them do termite inspection and they found some termites last year and we are yet to decide what to do about it. They charge around $650 annually. They are reputable in the sense that they seem to care and when I have had a problem which is only once they took care of it immediately. Some pest came back before the next scheduled visit and they came straight out and re-sprayed. I get a good feeling about their ability to handle anything that we throw at them. I would hire them in future.
