Description of Work: Inspected our home for termites and he found none. The service was free.

Description of Work: This is my pest control company.

Description of Work: Treated exterior structure of home windows doors and eaves and foundation walkways and driveway, topically treated tress and shrubs, treated interior for ants. All went as expected.

Description of Work: Monthly they cone around and knock down anything under the eaves. They spray for bugs. Twice we had rats in the attic and they came and got rid of them for us using traps. They are very thorough spraying around the house and yard. We have had their service for a lot of years. They respond to any related problem that we have had.

Description of Work: We called them to have them come out and take a look at termites we had found in our crawl space that are only forming small tubes but have not touched the structure of the house. They insisted that to do this, they would need to charge $150 for a termite inspection to be credited towards work performed, and after the inspection they would advise us on treatment. We had an inspector come out, and he confirmed the problem we already knew about. Then he provided a very large estimate (more than $5,000) to perform extensive work around the house, including drilling through the back patio and trenching along the fence line. We were also told that to treat black widows, he couldn't just spray for them while they were out, we'd need to sign up for a $125/quarter annual contract. | |We called another local company, they came out and provided a free estimate, and a more realistic plan of just soaking the ground under the house with Termidor for less than 25% of the cost of Clark's. He also told us that he could spray for the black widows at no cost while he was out if we wanted, but the Termidor will probably also treat that.

Description of Work: I have a maintenance plan - they come every 3 mos. We have repeatedly asked them to come on Wed mornings when we know our dog will be in the house. She can be aggressive and it's important they don't just come in the yard. Request ignored. Then we asked they call us before coming so we can have dog in the house and I can see exactly what it is they do while here. Requested consistently ignored. Also, they never leave any info as to whether they have found any thing or left any bait. I'm told this is good news, but I don't feel confident. I feel like I don't even know if these people show up or what they are doing for the $112 I am paying for every 3 months. We have called to complain several times. I'm only still having them come because I already let Terminex go for not showing up when they were scheduled.

Description of Work: I NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO SPRAY THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME FOR TERMITES. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I GET DONE ONCE A YEAR TO PREVENT TERMITES AND RODENTS FROM GETTING TOO CLOSE TO MY HOUSE.

Description of Work: THIS IS A PEST CONTROL COMPANY THAT SERVICES OUR HOME ONCE EVERY OTHER MONTH, BUT WILL ALSO COME BACK TO RE-SPRAY THE HOUSE, OR A PARTICULAR PORTION OF THE HOUSE IN BETWEEN VISITS.
