Art Computer

I had been having trouble with my computer for about 4 months and suspected it was infected. Problems like the disk drive stopped working, my email program would break, I would fix it, then it broke again. I would have to reset the display settings every time I started it, and my most-used programs became totally unreliable. I managed to put off fixing it, then one of my cats jumped onto the computer, slaming the screen into a pen, and cracked the screen. I have used Art Computer before and have been happy with them. I wrote a 2-page description of what had gone wrong, when it went wrong, and anything else I could think of. I listed what I thought should be done, packed everything up and took it in. Thai looked it over, read my description and we agreed that I would purchase a new external hard drive and he would transfer everything on my compjuter to it. Then, no matter what happened I wouldn't loose anything. Then he would strip down my hard drive and reinstall the neccesary programs from other sources, NOT from the new hard drive. And, I gave him my passwords so he could do it without brute force. And, of course, replace the laptop screen. I picked up my computer and it's new external backup drive the next day. It worked perfectly - no bugs or nasty surprises. I always recommend Art Computer to anyone who asks about a computer guru to fix things. He really is good.

They were very professional. They got it in right away and they got it out the next day. They listened to what I wanted and what I was trying to do. I have a particular mail program that I like to use which is always a pain to add because it is not standard. They didn’t give me grief about not being able to do it. They just did it. They were just really cooperative.
