They showed up *early*, did a great job of padding and wrapping awkward, fragile, glass-doored furniture, professional and efficient throughout the process. They also came in within the minimum 4-hour charge, so I wasn't billed anything additional. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this company; they were just great during a very stressful time. They were helpful on the phone, Brian's estimate was the final price, the movers were nice and polite, my furniture and boxes were moved without damage, and the out-of-state delivery was just two weeks after my pick up. I did my own packing. After the movers left my house on pick-up day, I realized I had forgotten to give them a vanity stool. Chitra met me at their office the next day, when they were closed, and the stool made it safely with my other items.

They did a great job boxing and moving everything out, stored it in a truck for the week the floors were worked on and dropped it all back off. They were supportive of recycling all the boxes and the packing paper, just had to drop it off at their facility.

The professionalism of everyone involved was excellent. We received an estimate 24 hours after making the first phonecall and boxes were delivered as soon as we accepted the bid. The packing and loading team were fast and careful, and everything arrived in good condition, on time. It was particularly nice that one member of the moving team drove the truck south, and was part of the team at our destination.

Well; the estimator was thorough so we knew what to expect, the movers, 4 strong and happy guys, showed up on time and worked like the dickens all day to load up the trucks and then unload them at the new location.

Wow. I can't imagine a smoother move than the one provided by Advantage. From the quote process to arranging move day to end of service when the truck drove off, I experienced nothing by the utmost professionalism and service. On moving day the guys were focused, energetic, congenial and efficient. Great job!!!

Everything went great! Brian Kavanaugh is a really great guy and so are the teams he sent for the move. The walk-through assessment was quick and fairly estimated. We looked around at four other moving companies as well as PODs. Brian's quote was the best option that required the least amount of work on our part. Everything arrived intact and not a single box damaged. They arrived on the first day they said the would arrive which has been a problem with other movers I have used in the past. I highly recommend Advantage Moving and Storage.

The folks who helped us to pack/unpack and move were great. Nothing was broken, and they took great care of our furniture and goods.

We were amazed at the great service, professionalism, and work ethic. Because of the drive time, they loaded one day and delivered the next. The crew was supervised by Edwin, and they used two trucks. They left our old location at 5:30 am to beat the heat and traffic and were done by noon the next day. I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and quality. I also believe the "price guarantee" is unheard of in this industry. If it costs more they absorb it, if it costs less they reduce the price. Amazing work. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Advantage did an outstanding job from start to finish. Starting with the quoting, Brian came out and walked the house with us taking careful notes as he went, asking a question here and there and giving advice about packing and what we could do to make moving day as easy as possible. Good advice by the way. we marked all the boxes with where they would go, put tags on the furniture what room and where and at the new place we put up notes on what room was what and where things went. Good advice! On moving day six guys and two trucks showed up and the fun started. We where about 95% packed at that point after a long night of last minute box stuffing. The move started with a walk through with the crew going over what goes where and how the move wold go. The stuff we had not packed yet, no problem. They brought some extra boxes and some wardrobe boxes that made moving the closets a dream. They worked steadily all morning, no rushing, being super careful with the furniture but wasting no time. The whole time everyone on the crew was cheerful and busy. We had a lot of stress about the move going well and these guys made it go away. The whole crew was helpful, positive and respectful to us and each other. Outstanding! The unload went even better. Everyone took a break for lunch then off to the new house. The labeling and tags helped a lot. The helpful and cheerful attitude was outstanding. They went the extra mile to make sure stuff went where we wanted it. They charge by the hour, in the end the charges where just shy of $300 less than the estimate, Woo Hoo!! Positive attitude in the face of a couple of stress cases, total pros. Everything got moved without damage including my woodworking shop and a 5 foot tall delicate crown of thorns plant. AND the charges came in under the estimate. I could not ask for more.

Packing was perfect, special handling for certain items, floors were protected, crew was professional and worked at a good pace. They worked really well as a team and never let up on being careful. It was a 3 day move and I do not have 1 complaint!

The move went very smooth and without problems. Took a little longer than expected but I suspect that is not due to the workers but due to under estimating the amount of items to be moved

The movers did a great job. The arrived when they said they would, worked hard, and got the job done without damaging one item. Thew were highly professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing a moving company.

We had an awesome experience with advantage moving with our move from Livermore, CA to Dallas, TX. I've done two other moves from TX-PA and PA-CA and both times got scammed majorly by companies and many things lost and broken. This time I did my research much better and heard great things about Advantage. They came out and gave me a fair quote by looking at all of our things and I appreciated that it was a maximum quote so they could charge us less but not more. The movers showed up on time on our scheduled day, were professional and careful with our things and did it in a good amount of time. We had a major problem when we got to TX and found out our move in date was going to have to change because of the buyers of our old house and Paul from Advantage did everything he could to help us by helping us get our things into storage and set up a new mover to get our things to our new house the day we needed it, even moving up the date at the last minute when we needed it. Everything got here with nothing lost or broken and mover showed up at the exact time requested and finished quickly. Will definitely be recommending Advantage to friends in their moves!!!!

Our whole experience was relatively positive. Work was completed as expected with minimal problems. Office was sometimes slow to respond to questions. Some slight damage occurred during the move, but nothing major. All interactions with staff were professional. Would recommend to friends/family looking for moving services.

The gentlemen who moved us were all very professional and very quick. Once we began moving items into our new house, they noticed that we had hardwood and helped us apply felt pads to the bottom of all our furniture. They even helped stabilize our dining room table, which had been beat up over the years. I cannot recommend a moving company more.

Went very well even though it rained all day. They were on time. Couple of hours to wrap the furniture and load up my boxes. Less than 2 hours to unload. They were very patient if I needed furniture moved from one location to another. Very reliable and professional.

Everything ended up at the right household and in good shape. We needed specific delivery dates for two of the shipments and they delivered on those days. We were flexible on the arrival date for one of the small shipments. They added those items onto another delivery and delivered our items on a Sunday (at their request but turned out to be convenient for us).

Matt and his crew arrived 15 minutes later than agreed, but that wasn't a problem for me. They got to work soon after. We had packed most of our stuff in boxes and they taped them up and loaded them onto the 17' truck. Matt did most of the disassembling and furniture padding, while the other two guys did the rounds to from the 4th floor apartment to the truck. Matt was thorough and careful with the furniture. The other two guys were a bit lax with their trips to and from the truck and they took 30-60 mins extra because they were slower than I'd have liked. Moving the couch up the stairs by hand was a hard task and they did a good job with it. There were a few scratches and smudges on the wall because of this, but they were minor and I don't hold it against them. I tipped them well, but Matt deserved it most because he worked non-stop and told me when he was taking breaks and was very professional throughout. I'd hire them again, just for his work ethic.

had a little snag with the scheduling and charges ended up being a bit different than planned. We worked towards a solution but I wish I had written down name of person I talked to and date when I called with follow up questions. The packing/moving team was excellent. Best we've used.

The 3 guys who moved us were great. They were right on time and worked really hard doing a ton of lifting. At our new place they had to carry everything up a short flight of stairs and maneuver some of our bulky furniture through a narrow hallway. They also disassembled our bed and kitchen table at the old place and reassembled them in the new place. Even though they took an hour longer than estimated, we weren't charged for the extra cost. The only thing I wish the movers had done differently would have been to send a 4-man crew. Even though it didn't look at first like we had a lot of things, we had many, many boxes of books and other items that just took a long time to load.

I feared this would be a painful event. The guys arrived on time. Worked quickly and carefully. Only took one break. Cleared out in 5 hours. It was great.

Scratched new hard wood floors. Refused to take responsibility for their error even though I warned them not to drag the furniture. Broke the screws on one of the televisions after insisting they knew what they were doing.
