+ -1 moreIf he had really done did his job right he would have known he needed to replace the part the very first time. I think he was kind of taking a chance and that bothers me. I was cold for two weeks waiting for the part to come in. The price was a deal. It is a warranty. You couldn't walk off the street and get that price. I pay a fee each month. The responsiveness is a problem. If you are not 100% satisfied when they come out you need to let them know and call the warranty company and let them know. I called and said there is a noise I haven't heard before and they agreed I could wait until the end of the month and then call them back. They sent one worker he was fine.
Description of Work: He has been out here three times. Everything is fixed it is all running fine. I have a warranty. I have to pay the service fee, but it is only one time.
