Jaime was very responsive and we were able to set up an initial meeting for an estimate very quickly. The scheduling worked for both of us to do it within a few days after that. There was carpet in this room, and once he pulled it up he showed me that there was a damaged area that needed replacing. To do the repair, we agreed to add $300 to our original estimate of $900. We went on vacation and trusted him to choose a nice shade of finish that would complement our fireplace mantle. It looks great. He texted me pictures of the finished job while we were on vacation and gave us progress updates. He also disposed of the carpet. I would definitely hire him again.

Overall, it took about a week for Jaime and his partner for the entire job to be done. They arrived by 830am and were finished and everything was cleaned up by 5:00PM. They were very professional and friendly to boot!

Jammie Ronzani did a great job of refinishing my floors. The floors had not been touched in 60 years and didn't look very good. Jammie looked carefully at each room and gave me a detailed observation about the floors and what would have to be done to repair the problem areas. After the floors were sanded and repaired he showed me some trial stains so that I could chose the color that I wanted. He delivered as promised. He and his crew were most professional and they stayed on the job until it was finished. He gave me a fair price. I would hire him again.
