Description of Work: Mike Moreland replaced our water heater and did a great job. He squeezed us in right away because the old one had sprung a leak so we had no hot water. | |The price is just a guestimate because I don't currently have the records on hand, but it was definitely reasonable. | |He's also cleaned our main drain and was prompt and did an excellent job with that. | |Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful and I would definitely recommend his company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Whee! My shower (and dishwasher and washing machine, yada yada) works.
Description of Work: Mike responded immediately when I called about a dead water heater. He explained, based on my description, what he expected the problem to be. He then showed up promptly fixed it quickly and called me with details. This is the same experience we've had with him when I called about a leaky faucet that was baffling me.

I WAS SHOCKED THAT THE WATER HEATER CAN GET SO EXPENSIVE, BUT THE JOB DONE WAS VERY HIGH IN QUALITY & THE HEATER WAS A VERY WELL MADE, BRAND-NAME HEATER. THE JOB WAS DONE WITHIN 2 HOURS.
Description of Work: REPLACED LEAKING 40-GALLON WATER HEATER WITH A 50-GALLON WATER HEATER, INSTALLED WATER HEATER STAND TO LOCAL CODE, ADJUSTED PLUMBING FOR NEW INSTALLATION, & SECURED HEATER WITH EARTHQUAKE STRAPS.
