The service was thorough and the pro did a great job. Explained everything and gave some great pointers on how to upkeep the chimney.

When Mary Poppins needed a Chimney sweep she called her guy. When I needed one I called Chimney Sweep Masterâ s, Jonathan! He was fast to respond, schedule and show up for the job. To avoid being late by way of an employee that was understandably behind do to a rain storm he showed up hisself! He did an inspection, a sweep and a sprucing up of the fire place with a fresh coat of paint all in two hours!!! He even checked my drier vents as he is â full serviceâ !!!! And just like thatâ ¦. I am ready for winter!!

Pro was very professional & friendly. Explained everything including cost. Discovered & repaired a crack on the floor of my fireplace. Inspected & cleaned chimney. I'm very pleased with the service and will use again.

Jonathan was easy to work with. He called me right back. Scheduling was tricky based on my schedule but he made it happen. He explained what needed to be done, provided pictures of the job to explain and just made the whole experience simple.

I asked various companies for quotes from the Angi app, and Jonathan replied within minutes. Within a week, he and Ben (a trainee) were able to come do the inspection and cleaning of the fireplaces. They also were able to clean the dust and lint from my clothes dryer. It had been some time since either of those projects had been done, so to have the relief of fire hazards minimized and the work done so efficiently is immeasurable.

I made a query via Angi on Sunday and Jonathan (owner) responded within minutes. Suffice to say Chimney Sweep Masters were very responsive. We confirmed an inspection appointment for Tuesday. Technicians (Samuel & Adi) arrived on time. They were professional and very personable. They inspected my (2) fireplaces and presented me with my options/estimate. I chose the most comprehensive option, and they proceeded with their work immediately. They were in and out in less than an hour-a-half total. Chimney Sweep Masters made the entire transaction absolutely painless. Their professionalism and communication are top notch. I highly recommend this company for your chimney cleaning needs.

Marshall and Sam were on time and friendly.They performed an inspection and went right to work on cleaning the chimneys. While I felt the price was a little high, I was able to speak with owner and we agreed upon price that we both felt was fair.

Johnathanq did a great job of checking my chimney and informing me of what needs to be fixed. He was able to clean my chimney on the spot, and even went so far as checking my dryer vent to make sure there was no fire hazard. He was clean and professional. Highly recommend!

Not only was a cap installed. My fireplace had not worked in over 20 years! Johnathan fixed and itâ s beautiful!. He did a full inspection, cleaning and repair. We added to the ambiance which he took care.

Jonathan was very responsive to our request! We were given options for additional repairs which we accepted so job was more expensive than we planned. The spark arresters look very nice! There was a raccoon and her babies in one of our fireplaces so Jonathan found and arranged for a service to come and humanely relocate her and her babies. Definitely above and beyond!
