I still had a draft issue that they didn't help me with. And they never got back to me after I complained. I ending up installing some weather stripping in the slot under the firebox panel face to resolve it.

They came did the job and I was very pleased.

The technician,Sam, was friendly and knowledgeable. However, he chipped my window blinds when attempting to access the chimney from the second floor balcony. There was some upselling, but I suppose that's part of his job.

Sam was very thorough and protected the house while cleaning from the top of the chimney. He capped it as there was not a cap on it before. He was very careful to hang a tarp over the opening in the living room before sweeping so no dust got in the house. I appreciated him explaining what he was doing as he did it. Yonatan Reuveni did an excellent job. We replaced 3 chimney caps. New ones look beautiful. We had a tight schedule. He met the schedule although we did have to remind him few times. There is only one thing we didn't like. He quoted not to exceed price; but increased it in the middle of project. He knows what he is doing. But he is expensive as compared to others.
