I am updating my review, as Jonathan did pull through. He returned and took care of my issue and did a great job! Very clean and prompt!

Very pleased with the chimney sweep service, professional team and knowledgeable completed the job quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to work with. Best of all no creosote got in to our home while they were performing the cleaning also got a new chimney cap spark arrester installed with a built in damper job was finished same day fully satisfied and highly recommended will use again for future services

Good quick cleaning

Yonir was very timely, friendly, and efficient. He explained the issues in the fireplace from the prior owners and then made sure to work with others to set up a proper hearth. He also made sure that the site was clean after he completed his work. Responsiveness was excellent and he was very thorough - highly recommend.

Jonathan drove out from West LA within a single day. I've had handymen reject traveling the distance in the past, but here, I've had zero hesitation. In fact, I'd say it was less than 12 hours since I posted the job and got a response back. I looked up chimney sweeping services online, and not only did Chimney Sweep Masters perform the cleaning of the chimney today, I had the fireplace repainted with fire resistant spray paint, a pipe installed and tested and even got some glass rocks for the fireplace to make the whole thing look amazing. Jonathan was careful and took his time to make sure everything is safely installed. Waited around to ensure the old capped pipe was not causing any problems and even tried to get me a new key for the valve. All in all, happy with how fast everything was accomplished. I saved the Chimney Sweep Masters number in my phone and will call them back as soon as I need another cleaning.

Received a call shortly after submitting a request online, Jonathan was very kind explained all the process and we set an appointment for the same day. Came promptly with all the equipment tools and materials that were needed to complete the job on the same day. My chimney has not been cleaned in years Jonathan was very respectful of my home made sure to leave it clean after the sweep he was also able to make some repairs that were needed and installed a new chimney cap. Highly recommended and the price was fair compared to other companies Thanks will use again for yearly maintenance
