Very friendly and professional

I got an estimate from Bay Area Blind Cleaners and due to some medical issues I couldn't proceed. Nine months later I contacted them and they honored their original estimate. Most vendors do not and increase the price. I had them clean our blinds and they came out just great. The blinds were 15 years old and had never been professionally cleaned. Their customer service is first rate. Gary picked up our blinds (6 of them) and returned them and hung them and they look fantastic. Thanks Gary for a job well done!!!

When Gary picked up my blinds he promised that he would have them back on Friday and true to his word he had them back on Friday.

Gary was quick to call me back when I left a message! He was knowledgable phone friendly and very reasonable.

Gary was on time with his visit to review and measure the project and for the two subsequent visits (to pick up and deliver the blinds). He was courteous, careful, knowledgeable about the work and my blinds and what to expect. The quality of the work was first class and I also liked, a lot, that it only took one day. He hung my sheet over the front window to give me overnight privacy. He made sure my blinds worked properly after he reinstalled them, too. I will use this company again.
