Description of Work: The roof on our house was purchased with a 20 year warranty against "all leaks and workmanship". In the last week there has been a large rain storm, and the roofer came over multiple times to see interior leaks from the roof. He promised to arrive today to investigate and address those leaks. Today he claimed we have no right to the roof warranty (which lists the house as the guarantor), and the leaks are not his problem. He refuses to inspect, investigate, water test, or do any work on the roof, and refuses to uphold the warranty on the roof, which has 10 remaining years. The roofer has since been responsive and investigated the leaks in our ceiling. He is knowledgable, so we appreciate his input, and he is helping us to resolve the issues.
