Showed up on time, experience and based on the fact that I live in the country, I anticipate a long customer relationship! He stated to try for a few weeks and then call as needed. He didn't try to sell me on a long term contract unless it was something I wanted. I appreciate the non hard sell. Nice guy! Love working with small local owned companies.

Punctual, and knew what to do to solve my problems with field mice. Doug placed baited traps under and around our home and will come by bi-monthly to replace the baited traps.
