+ -1 moreI called them when my gas oven would not heat up all of a sudden. The guy answered the phone and was able to have a tech out that afternoon. Needless to say I was happy. The tech showed up on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed the problem was a bad igniter and quoted me a great price on replacing it. He had the part in his van and replaced it in 15 minutes. Oven worked first try! Great service and price

+ -1 moreWes, their serviceman, found the cause of the problem with the washer. It had been making very loud banging sounds and shaking wildly. He quickly fix the mounting bracket; order a new motor and then returned to install it.
Description of Work: Replaced motor on a new washing machine that was damaged during delivery, by Home Depot's delivery agent. Fixed the motor's damaged mounting bracket. Then installed new motor ordered under warranty.
