We met Scott at our friend's house and asked if he could check out our well. Scott had originally drilled our well several years ago and was able to get our well repaired and running again.

We called Cal-tech Pump to repair our damaged pump system due to a fire. Scott Brown responded the next day and gave us an estimate. The work was completed as scheduled. Scott and Dan are very professional and take great pride in their work.

They came out, checked all electric to pump, pulled out old pump from well, gave me price to fix, said ok to do job. They ordered new pump and parts. Came back, and pout in new pump and other parts Tried well pump, worked great!

Arrived asap, told us what needed to be done, and cost. Lives here, is very honest, and does quality work. We are very pleased.

We were having problems with our well pump. We didn't want to call the company who'd installed it, because we'd been burning through pumps and felt we were being taken advantage of. We had already called another pump company but the owner, while seemingly very nice, was uncommunicative (he kept making appointments and not showing up). At our wit's end, we called Reliable Plumbing to see if they dealt with pumps. They called us back promptly, explained they did not deal with pumps, but referred us to Cal-Tech Pump Well & Compressor. Scott called us back promptly also, and kept us informed every step of the way. If there was a delay or if he had to come after normal business hours, he let us know. We were honest and told him why we hadn't wanted the original installer of the pump and well system to come out to do the repair. We also told him that we'd called another well repair purveyor, who had recommended a new system set up. Instead, Scott was familiar with our pump, and checked the diagnostics, which said we had a faulty transducer. He ordered the part, replaced it, and tested the system, which so far is working just fine. We were resigned to spending between $1000 to $2000 as each of our prior repairs had cost, but thanks to Scott, we spent less than $500. We're VERY happy with his service, professionalism, and knowledge.
