Description of Work: We needed a new central Air unit in our condo. We got estimates from several local companies. United gave us a price quote thousands less than their competition. We contracted with them and they finished on time and under the quote. Outstanding service

 + -1 morewe requested estimates from several local companies. All except this one wanted to replace several other components greatly increasing the cost. Mark was very clear about what specifically was needed and gave us several repair options other than full unit replacement. We ultimately decided to replace the whole a/c condensing unit, but we felt really good about the decision because of all the options and info provided by Mark. He never attempted to "upsell" us to equipment we didn't need. Work was completed timely and professionally. Price was right on estimate. Excellent contractor!
