Description of Work: I have them on a quarterly retainer. Their routine is to get rid of all the termites and spray the outside of the house perimeter to knock out all the cobwebs and then if I need anything interior they do that. If it's between time and if i get ants or something showing up I call them and they come out and take care of that.

+ -1 moreIt went pretty well. Although when we called they stated we would get a free termite inspection. No one ever showed for that part. The guy called and rescheduled a few times but never showed. The person who came and sprayed was really nice and gave us some tips.

+ -1 moreThe first service person was a substitute. As all the others that come my way, were on vacation. He was very polite and, I think, a little tired. He had been doing jobs for the other service people all day, so he was a little late getting to my house. I didn't mind. At least he showed up! The second visit was for the gophers and I got the person that will be coming back on the quarterly basis. He was also polite and friendly. He tried to get all the gopher holes but my yard man always covers up the holes and packs them down, so it was hard for the service person to find all the gopher holes, since the yard man had been there the day before. So, he said if I set up another appt. again before the yard man came, they would probably dig new holes and he could get them better then. I missed last week, but plan to have him come out next week.
Description of Work: I originally had them spray around the house for spiders, ants, and other bugs. The service I had on the 13th of Aug. was for gophers. It didn't cost anything to have them come out, as I have a quarterly service done, and they will come out, at no cost, to do a service in the meantime.

+ -1 moreI got rid of my bugs. They were nice and efficient. They did know what they were doing and spent time in explanation of spraying and those types of things. The reason I used them was because I have an American Home Shield and I got a discount of $50, so I can’t compare them with other people for price. I have got a yearly contract with them and they come out once every three months.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY DIDN'T ASK QUESTIONS THEY JUST WENT STRAIGHT UP IN THE ATTIC AND REMOVED THEM BY HAND. I REALLY LIKE THEIR WORK. I HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS.
