Ricky is very professional and personable at the same time. You know you have met and gained a good friend after talking with him for just a few minutes. He sprays all around both of our residences on a monthly basis, and said, from the beginning "if you need some special or extra treatment done, just give me a call." Well, that "special" need came up after our last renters moved out and the new renters were ready to move in: some cockroaches were spotted crawling around in the kitchen and they needed to be "taken care of" before the renters moved in. Sure enough, when I called Ricky and explained the problem, he said "I'll be there tomorrow." which was a Saturday - NOT a normal "work day" for most pest control companies. Ricky took care of the problem and didn't even charge any extra charges, even though it meant missing some normal and special family time for him. "Silencer Pest Management" will be our only Pest Control company from now, on, for as long as I live in his service area. Dale and Ricky are always ready to help whenever we need them, in addition to our regular monthly service. They are conscientious, courteous, and really care about the service they provide.

Rick was very understanding (about my horrible experience with Bob's Community Pest Control), arranged his time and came clear out here to give me an estimate that same day I called him. What a wonderful, professional, yet very personable guy Rick is, too - by the time we had walked around the 2 residences and shared our concerns and thoughts about our particular pest control needs, I was, not only totally pleased with the estimate (much less $ than Bob's C.P.C.), but I felt as though Rick was a long-lost best friend I'd known for years and years, but had lost contact with for too long, until our "reacquaintance". We agreed on the first service date, the price was very reasonable, and we entered into our customer/Serviceman relationship with a good ol' hand-shake and verbal "Deal!". Well, Rick was here for his first service appointment about 15 minutes early, sprayed around both residences, and I was more than happy to give him a check for the $60 we agreed upon. I have total confidence that my pest control needs are, and will be, completely Satisfactory from here on out, as long as my new Friend, Ricky, is my Pest Control Serviceman.

Rick has done monthly service on my yard for a few years now, also does my daughters yard.

My experience with them has been excellent. They give me a receipt of the number of gallons of material they have used. I will use them again.
