Description of Work: i absolutely HATE THIS company thet are nothing but a rip off company i will never use there service again and i DONT suggest them to any1, not only have they screwed me over since the very 1st day we used there services, they have continued to do so for the past 2 yrs, ex: the day we moved out of our home they told us on the phone that we could have the truck the weekend and to have it returned by monday morning or they will charge us for another day. so we agreed and they dropped off the truck to my home. so i had a 3 bdrm /2 ba house w/ a 2car garage and a front and a backyard i needed to put in this truck, and if i have it the entire weekend and its barely friday morning i have plenty of time to pack up my house so me and my family are only putting boxes and not important things as we're packing on the inside.. so i get a call around 10:30-11:00 saying they need to pick up the truck @ 3pm today and the driver will be there around that time frame. so have the truck ready! i was upset and ask "WHAT?" u guys said i have the truck for the weekend i hardly have anything in the truck. why didnt u guys tell me that in the begining when i was signing the paper? oh they messed up and over booked the truckand its nedded for the madera location. so that really upset me! we hustle and finally get all in there and unloaded by the time they needed by me and my entire family was running literally running back and forth and just throwing stuff in boxes. this was back in dec 2008! current: i was speaking w/ john in the begining of june about my account about to be auctioned, so we came to an agreement that on the 6th of july we will go in and make a $305 payment and it will keep it from being auctioned, and that didnt include the new july monthly rent or the late fees. we agreed that they would still be owed but not due w/ that payment or any of the late fees, so it didnt get auctioned which was nice, but on that thursday the 30th we pay $140 and ask so will this take care of it til the 6th! yes your acct. is fine until the 6th so i get a call on the 6th saying u and i made an agreement that u would be in to pay $305 and ur not here yet, i call saying yes we'll be in before 5pm today. so when he gets home i tell him and hes ticked too b/c they told him we'd be fine til the 6th. so we call and agree to be in on the next business day on agreement that we would pay the remaining balance from the $305 since we made a paymt of $140 to pay the remining balance he comes in from work upset b/c he got charged alomst $400!! and had his card in his hand and swiped it right after he told him the amount! then swiped it.. we have a 10x 13 or something like that i cant remember its been since the end of 2008 when we put it in there and didnt have the money to move it out of there either.
