Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in three bedrooms, master bedroom, den, great room and two hallways. The carpet came out really nice, with all but a couple of small spots in the den. Jermaine worked on those to try and get them out and they did lighten up. I am very pleased with the results and Jermaine's professionalism. He explained everything and was courteous and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

+ 0 moreHe worked for hours wanted to make sure the stains did not bleed through, he did a wonderful job, my daughter saw it later and could not belive it. Priced very reasonably, he was a very nice, very professional and a very courteous person.
Description of Work: Needed someone to clean 3 floor rugs. There were some pet stains and some soiled areas and I contacted ServiceMasters Clean. I called them and they came out the same day.

+ -1 moreThe man who came was very professional. He laid down a protective pad on the hardwood stairs so he would not damage them going up to the second floor to clean the carpets. They use a truck mounted machine and the system is very effective at getting the carpets cleaned deeply. I would definitely recommend them to others.
