Description of Work: Called them to look at my older Frigidaire wall ovens. I told the gentleman that my oven wasn't baking properly and I thought that it might be the element. When he arrived he asked me again what the problem was and I explained that I had a cake that did't bake properly. He then told me..'Oh I must of not heard you correctly or I would have told you it was the thermostat and saved you a service call'. 'You can no longer get the thermostat', which I already knew! He then preceded to charge me $68.00 for the service call. I felt that he should not have charged me anything based on his comment that he 'must of not heard me correctly'and he was only there for about 5 minutes. That would have produced some goodwill with me and I would have been prompted to call him with any additional appliance repairs in the future. I felt like he had just made an easy $68.00.
