Description of Work: Drained and chlorine washed the pool. A year before that installed a new pool pump. Pool cleaning: Showed up late, did not have the proper equipment (sprayer not working had to borrow mine, drain hose was in pieces and leaked all over the path to clean out. Pool pump service call, scheduled by company for date and am time. Waited all day and called about 430pm. Was told have to reschedule for next day sometime... Cancelled the call when I asked that they call by 8 am with a time. Poor attitude by receptionist and owner.
