Description of Work: They did a good job on what they cleaned. But when I got the estimate I specifically asked to have the baseboards cleaned & they didn't clean them. When I asked why she said she didn't have time because other things were dirtier than they expected (note she did come out & see my home when giving me a quote). Also, after they left my step ladder was missing & when I called to ask if they accidentally took it of course the answer was "no".

Description of Work: I did not use her as my previous housekeeper stayed after all, but she came out to give me an estimate and she was just wonderful. And busy!! If she had an open spot and I ever need another housekeeper, she will be the first I ask.

 + -1 moreMarti's reasonable in her prices, very thorough in her job, professional and you can totally trust her with anything. we've left jewelry and money out, she has yet to take anything from us and never will. we have her come monthly and wouldn't have anyone else do the job. trustworthy, honest and what goes on in your house stays there.

 + 1 moreAll I can do is RAVE about how wonderful she is. I would recomend her to everyone. Give her a shot and I promise you that you will be really pleased with her work.
Description of Work: Marti cleaned our windows and mirrors (which we have ALOT of) and I dont think Ive ever seen them so clean... She also cleans our house every three weeks, she charges a fare fee for her work and I would tell everyone about her and how great she is. Shes on time every time, shes thorough, honest, trustworthy (we leave her here all alone sometimes and come back to an emaculate house every time. Shes never stollen and she is very professional...She does windows, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, mirrors, livingrooms, floors, basically she does everything. Shes also done some yard work for us too.
