+ -1 moreThey are generally nice people, but the level of expertise changes depending on who is working, so I get different answers each time I go. One of the staff actually gave me the wrong dosage amount because she didn't believe me that my pool was the size it was (their computer was down), so I paid that money for chemicals and it didn't work. They have an agreement you can sign that promises to keep your pool blue, but I haven't had much luck with that.
Description of Work: I have had trouble with my pool turning green for several years. Each time, I am sold expensive chemicals they promise will fix the pool. After all of that (several times) they tell me that I need to empty the pool (this has happened several times) and can't tell me why I have to and my neighbors don't. I started using a different chemical to support my chlorine, which has worked so far (pool doesn't turn green). But, I was not happy with the customer service overall and will be going to another company. I have used Leslie's for at least 20 years.

+ -1 morewent fine, one man del .filter and installed it in aboyt 2 hrs. del man was not able to provide operating instructions,however operation is fairly simple.
Description of Work: deivered & installed new sand filter for swimming pool.

+ -1 moreThey're good. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly. They have the items that I'm looking for at least 95% of the time. They're kind of pricey in their supplies, but the price evens out with the convenience.
