It went great.

A representative came to our house withing an hour of my call to them. He surveyed general area of problem but advised me to call them back when the lawn had dried out sufficiently to allow their equipment to determine the exact problem area and , therefore eliminated extra time and expense in digging up more of our lawn than necessary. As soon as the lawn was dried, they came back and promptly located the exact area of damage, dug the hole, repaired the pipe, tested the repair and then restored our lawn to its original look.

I found them to be very polite and professional. The technician was very friendly and well kept. He answered all of my questions.

Everything went fine. He completed the job in under the hour that was the base cost. We also planned to replace one toilet. The plumber suggested that we have the septic tank checked first to be sure we needed the new toilet. We appreciated the suggestion as we hadn't had it pumped in some time. He also suggested someone to do the job. The people he suggested were efficient and reasonably priced. We still wish to replace the toilet and plan to have the same people back to do the job.

I had read the reviews from a prior customer ( very pleased with the work and price) I give them a call and explained the problem. I had a plumber at my house within (1) hour. The plumber asked are problem , he reviewed the situation and ran a cable wire into the drains and found a blockage! yuck very gross. He cleaned out both drains and no more problem. The hole process took less than an hour. I even received a 10% discount ! I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you for your professional work!

The men arrived. I explained where the water was. The lead guy said that there didn't appear to be a leak in the foundation, because there was no crack in the concrete (whew, that would save me several 1000 dollars). The lead guy pulled out a metal detector device. He went around with it, and located the position of the copper pipes in the hallway, they basically went down the middle of the hall. Then he turned on the water, and pulled out another device, which was 2 round objects about 3 inches across, with wires attached to a stethascope (like doctors use to listen to your heart). He went up and down the hallway, and didn't find the leak. He moved over to the bathroom, and discovered a leaking sound. He cut a hole in the closet wall (which was behind the bathroom sink), and found the leak. Case closed. I think the $300 is a bit much of a charge for a 20-minute job, but when you are the only place in town with the proper equipment, you are allowed to charge what the market will bear.

I got advice and estimates from the company. They were very accurate. I requested their service. They were on time. Work was professionally done. They showed up with a phone call great experience.

These guys are fantastic. I had a major gas leak and PGand E shut my gas off a day before I was supposed to go on vacation. Johnson's sent 2 service guys out right immediately. They fixed the major leak and then found 2 other leaks that the PGand E guy hadn't identified. They were in and out with everything fixed within about 5 hours of me calling for help. I'll use them for every service they provide.
