+ -1 moreThey hailed the old heater out and installed the new unit in half a day. The problem started when I asked them to come back to check on some of the issues I was having.I got excuse after excuse as to why the couldn't make it back. Finally after basically threatening them with legal action I got a response. The repairman showed up and I was told - and quot;Wasn't me, couldn't have been anything I did, um I have to go nowand quot; I had another repairman come by from a different company and he said that all that was needed was to flip a breaker switch. Click, problem solved - Oh and NO CHARGE for the call. Sorry to say that I will not recommend them to anyone in the future unless I hear about their customer service improving greatly.
Description of Work: I had them install a new pool heater an remove the old unit.

Description of Work: Country Comfort has been owned and operated in Merced for over 20 years. We trust our entire swimming pool needs to Aron and his brother who runs the service portion. They are fair, reliable and don't every oversell what you may not need. They will answer all your pool questions and tell you exactly what you need. They know to keep customers, it's not about getting the most expensive item sold to them, but the most necessary item sold to them. I recently had our Polaris pool sweep brought in. Of course I was hoping for a quick fix, but alas, it did run about $200, but better than buying a new one and I should have a few years of life on it with a complete overhaul. Yes, I can probably buy chlorine tablets at Costco cheaper, but can't get advise at Costco. So I rather keep business to our home town merchants when I can.

Description of Work: PURCHASED THREE FIREPLACES (1 WOOD BURNING) 2 CASE FIREPLACES) INTALLER INSTALLED ALL DUCTING, VENTING AND FIREPLACE UNITS INTO HOUSE FRAME.
