I have used Bob's C.P.C. in the past and was happy with their service, and still have NO Complaints with the Servicemen out in the field. We stopped service about a year ago when we were going to sell the property. However, we decided to keep the property and I moved back into the house and then rented out the mobile home to a wonderful young family. I was going to restart service when family got all settled in and out of all boxes, but after a few weeks, they found a live baby opossum under the kitchen sink, so I called Bob's last Thursday, 5/22/14, and explained to the lady our problem and that we needed service. She said she would get ahold of the "critter" man re: the opossum and get back to me, but set up regular pest service for Tues,, 5/27/14 about 12 Noon. Fine. However, the office lady never called back Thursday. Friday, I was busy but checked my messages hoping for that call about the opossum...But NEVER GOT A MESSAGE or a Call back. Meanwhile, another baby opossum was found inside their living room Friday eve. And another one was found the following day. The renters were very concerned by this time that they were living on top of a whole "herd" or "families" of opossums, and if I really had contacted the Pest Control people as I had told them I did. Well, Monday was Memorial Day, and finally, Tuesday at Noon a serviceman from Bob's showed up but told me he had nothing to do with any opossum but was here to spray for pests. After informing him that I was very upset and asking him to be sure and relay my report to his Manager, I called immediately and the same lady who took my call initially answered, but when I asked her why she had not bothered to call me back about the opossums, she said that the serviceman would talk to me about that, which was already proven to be B.S. She dodged the question about her getting ahold of the "Critter" or opossum Guy, and I asked her again, why she did not return my call...I did begin to raise my voice to get her back on track, but as a sincere committed Christian, I never use bad words, cursing, or any "name-calling", but continued to ask why she didn't bother to do what she had told me she would do. She told me I was treating her "badly" or something, I can't recall, but then HUNG UP ON ME! I called right back and the male office man proceeded to tell me how much "I had upset the lady". I asked "What about your Customer being upset?" He said, "YOU're the one who wanted our service." I said, "WELL, I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE, especially from YOU (Bob's Community Pest Control}. I came out and explained to the serviceman and told him to please stop, I would NOT be using their services, then I contacted another local Angie's list Pest Control company and made arrangements with the very courteous and understanding owner of "Silencer Pest Management." All it would have taken to keep me as a customer of Bob's would have been an apology from the inconsiderate lady who, instead, told her office companion how much "I had upset HER."
Description of Work: Pest Control around and inside house and additional mobile home on country property, HOWEVER, I CANCELLED SERVICE before serviceman finished outside of house due to inconsiderate female office phone contact...she hung up on me, then told male office phone contact I "upset her real bad".

They did not kill the cockroaches and they said that twice was the maximum that they would spray. They would not come back again.
Description of Work: They sprayed my house twice for cockroaches.

they are rude to customers fail to call and inform you of service times and never do the service requested overall they are not professional
Description of Work: they spray outside but use chemicals that aren't strong enough to get rid of the problem
