3 Day Blinds Fresno

It did not go well. The installer who was supposed to reprogram one of the motorized blinds that they had put in previously, didn't end up doing that. He was very disrespectful to my wife. We live in a 2 story house, and I am disabled, so I couldn't go upstairs where he was doing the work but my wife was very upset when he left. I asked her why and she told me that he never did it because I guess he was bad at it. The reason he was mad at her was because she left him to do the work, and she told him that she was going downstairs, and our grandson was with us, so she went to check on him. When she went back upstairs, apparently he didn't know how to do it, and he had to call somebody on the phone and he wanted my wife there while he did that, but she wasn't. It was completely insane to even think that would happen but it happened. I didn't have a problem with the sales guy, he was the same guy that we had the last time, and he was pleasant. I found out that he was the same guy who did the original installation and he didn't do it right way so he had to come back and fix it. You don't treat people that way when you go into their home. They won't be on our property. We just installed 9 additional blinds that we got from elsewhere and we had a friend install them for us, so we won't be calling them back. The sales guy is very good, very cooperative, very respectful and very helpful, but the physical installation and the interaction with the customer by the installer is horrid. The quality of the product is fine. They are expensive, they are one of the more expensive way to go. We put 9 blinds for a third of the cost of three windows and a french door. He was about 15 minutes late which is not too bad. The sales side was great. We will not use them again, and it is only because of the installer, my wife will not have him in our house again.
