+ -1 moreVery well indeed. Steve arrived at the appointed time and carried out his work conscientiously. Lacking one part whose need only became evident once the job was underway, he obtained it and returned the next day and installed it. The cost was quite reasonable. We have used his services three times.
Description of Work: Routed power for whole-house fan from service panel, installing speed control and X10 switch. Corrected supply to washing machine. Obtained building permit and got signed off by the city inspector with no problems.

+ -1 moreAfter troubleshooting the problem and determining the issue to be the wiring, Stephen changed out the old wiring and put in new. This had to be done in a very cramped space within an existing cabinet in the kitchen. It was not an easy job.
Description of Work: Repair wiring going to a garbage disposal.
