I asked for an estimate on sight. One man called me, made an appointment, and came over promptly. He immediately started work and finished both jobs at that time. The bill was quite a bit higher than what had been estimated online. One project is fine. The other was an outside camera that was placed under the leaves. We have not been able to connect it and use it. As two elderly women, neither of us can climb a ladder. During the initial period, the company was offering me a 15% discount. I did not email them as the electrician who came was from the same company, so I thought they were working together. No estimate was given except online, so I was billed full price. It was confusing.
