On the first visit, Monte did an excellent job troubleshooting and fixing our various electrical problems. However, we had scheduled to have him return for some follow-up, and he canceled that visit by text at the last minute, because he had a "3+ week job" he couldn't leave.

He hasn't done the work yet, just went over the estimates with me.
